Wore to the gym and yeahhhh the had the men in a chokehold lol I did heavy lifting day in this so not sure how supportive it'll be for a hiit/cardio day but I do feel like it'll manage just fine. Love this under shirts and jackets. Highly recommend tape on the edges or the girls can play peekaboo all day but it's still a great purchase and goes well with mixed attire.
